We display the use of community analysis and modelling methods by tangible examples to highlight brand new testable hypotheses. This framework helps to find signatures of SARS-CoV-2 predisposition, treatment reaction or prioritisation of medication prospects. Such an approach might help deal with new waves of COVID-19 or similar pandemics within the long-lasting point of view.
